Catherine Ruckelshaus, Board President: Ms. Ruckelshaus is the Legal Co-Director at the National Employment Law Project (NELP)
and a nationally recognized expert on labor and employment issues affecting immigrant, non-standard and contingent workers, with a special

Chris Newman, Board Treasurer: Mr. Newman is an attorney and Legal Director for the National Day Labor Organizing
Network (NDLON), a collaborative project of over 40 worker centers committed to advancing the rights of day laborers throughout the United

Inhe Choi, At-Large Board Member. Inhe Choi served as Director of the Korean American Resource and Cultural Center and formerly
worked at the Crossroads Fund of Chicago. Ms. Choi oversaw the first comprehensive study of working conditions for low-wage Korean workers
in the Chicago area. While working with the Crossroads Fund, Ms. Choi helped secure start up funding for a number of Chicago area
community-based worker centers. Ms. Choi also brings her extensive experience in development of non-profit organizations.
Monica Guizar, Board Secretary: Ms. Guizar is a private immigration, labor and employment attorney, formerly the employment policy
attorney at the National Immigration Law Center (NILC). She is a nationally recognized expert on the legal issues that confront low-wage
immigrant workers in the U.S. such as abuse of employment verification systems by employers, use of immigration status as a form of retaliation
and intimidation in the workplace, and the rights of H2-B visa workers, legal permanent residents and other non-citizens to recover unpaid
wages and vindicate workplace rights.
Vincent Beckman, III, At-Large Board Member: Mr. Beckman has over thirty years experience representing low-wage workers,
particularly agricultural workers, in the area of employment law and has been the Director of the Illinois Migrant Legal Assistance Project of the
Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago since 1984.
